The firm is well equipped with a team of associates and support staff to ably assist the partners in all of the firm’s matters.
PIUS VAS
Mr. Pius Vas is the senior and managing partner of the firm having over several years of legal experience in the core practice areas of the firm, having begun his practice in the year 1979. Prior to the formation of the firm, he had been associated with an independent legal practitioner and thereafter since 1987 has been carrying on his independent legal practice which has subsequently transformed into the present partnership firm.
GENEVIEVE VAS
Mrs. Genevieve Vas is a senior partner of the firm who has been a practising advocate since 1995. She is the chief litigation partner and is also involved with the real estate practice of the firm.
DARRYL VAS
Mr. Darryl Vas is a partner of the firm and is practising as an advocate since the year 2004. He has also qualified as a Solicitor and has been admitted as member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in the year 2005. He is primarily into real estate and property matters and also involved with the litigation practice of the firm. He has handled matters relating to project finance, joint ventures and private equity.
JASON VAS
Mr. Jason Vas is a partner of the firm who is practising as an advocate since the year 2008. He has qualified as a Solicitor and has been admitted as member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society in the year 2010. He is primarily involved with the real estate, property and litigation practice of the firm.
Fiona Nazareth
Ms. Fiona Nazareth is a partner of the firm and has been a practising advocate since the year 1995. She is primarily involved with the real estate and property practice of the firm.
JOVANKA PEREIRA
Ms. Jovanka Pereira is a senior associate in the firm and has been a practising advocate since the year 2009. She is primarily involved in real estate and property practice of the firm but is also involved with the litigation practice of the firm.
SUNITA SERRAO
Ms. Sunita Serrao is a senior associate in the firm and has been a practising advocate since the year 2011. Her primary focus is litigation practice but she is also actively involved with the other practice areas of the firm.
